Sediment samples obtained by International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) Expedition 370 (T-limit) at 207.5 mbsf (3F-3) was stained with AO (A) and SYBR-I (B, C). B and C show the same position of the prepared membrane observed with optical emission filter that passes only wavelength around 525 nm (B) and without emission filter (C).
