Energetic electron intensities measured by instruments onboard SAMPEX (top) and Polar (bottom) satellites. Daily averaged fluxes spanning over a decade (1992 to 2003) are shown for 2.0 to 6.0 MeV and > 2.0 MeV electrons. The electron intensities are smoothed with a 30-day running box-car average.
