Terrain classification of California using a 30 m DEM. The DEM was generated from 1" DEMs of the NED. No manmade terrain masks were used. The number of clusters is 15 and no grouping or reclassification was performed except for the addition of lowlands near the water level (blue). The other processes are the same as those in the Japanese data
