An azimuth-time-intensity plot showing intensity of radio signals received at Oarai from Shepparton, on 29 January 2014. The horizontal trace was associated with propagation along a GC path; the downward-sloping trace (i.e., striation) was associated with propagation along an OGC path, which likely was supported by side reflections from the west wall of an upwelling.
